The following services are available to individual hosts that do not have a managed property with us but may benefit from some additional help with their own holiday let management.
If you are an individual host who doesn’t live close by to your holiday let, you may have concerns on how your property is being taken care of by hired contractors (housekeepers).
This is where we can help! We will visit your property for you, complete a full inspection and report our findings back to you, giving you peace of mind.

Are you a new host? Is your holiday rental not doing as well as you hoped? In that case, we are here to provide you with our 15+ years of combined knowledge and experience!
We will organise a face-to-face meeting at your holiday rental or virtual meeting to discuss your holiday let and advise you on what you can do to make it a success.
Consultation price from £250 (incl VAT)
Our digital guidebooks are included in our package for managed properties. We are now able to provide this service to individual hosts. The digital guidebooks offer guests a comprehensive guide to local activities, suggestions on places to eat/drink, as well as giving them instructions on how things work in your property. No paper, just a link!
