If required, we will arrange for our professional photographer to visit your home. They will also advise on how best to present your property to maximise its online potential.
One of our maintenance team will visit to install a lock box/smart lock if needed. Also, if necessary, we can arrange for one of our garden maintenance team to visit and provide a quote for regular maintenance.
Prior to going live, your property will be cleaned and checked by one of our trusted cleaning team and one of our management team.
We list your property on all major booking platforms (AirBnB, VRBO, Home Away, Trip Advisor, Expedia, Booking.com), plus our own booking website.
We utilise price optimisation technology to ensure maximum earning potential. We also manually monitor pricing around major events, so you never miss out.
Now we have everything ready your property listing will become live on all the major booking platforms, plus the Lets Host For You website.
Now we have promoted your property we will manage your guest enquiries, vetting, payments, guest experience and reviews. We will also continue to maintain your property ensuring it is always 5 Star ready for your next guests.
